The moment that your payment has been received by our automated system your server will be setup and your connection info will be mailed to you. This means that you will be in your server talking within 5 seconds of a received payment!!

    Remember even though our blowout sale is over we will still beat any price out there. This means that if you can find a server for less than what we offer we will offer you a server for less!! No matter were you go we will always be the best choice for you!

    Support server is now open

    We have now opened our support server to the public. This is a place where customers can join and ask any questions they have about our services if they wish to skip the ticket process. Please keep in mind that there are currently not any employees being paid to spend time in the support server. We do however have support staff on hand to answer tickets 24 hours a day 7 days a week.     We have a new data center

    We have a brand new Top of the Line data center! In our effort to expand and improve on the services that we provide you we have gained another data center in Canada. We now have 3 major data centers in 3 countries. This data center along with the other 2 are under constant surveillance and are maintained.

      The three data centers and their locations are in the following areas:
    • ts.tserverhq.com > USA
    • ts2.tserverhq.com > Canada
    • tstest.tserverhq.com > United Kingdom

    We are extending our sale on our data centers for a little bit longer due to the fact that we have gained this new data center. We feel with new change our customers should feel the benefit!

    We are introducing our new client area. We have spent many many hours and quite a bit of money to bring you the best possibly and organized way that you can buy, manage and use your Teamspeak server. There are so many possibility's with the software that we are using including a system were in the near future when you get a new server or new customers come their servers will be installed instantly. With this new system is also a new support system! This new ticket system allows for a better more organized way of managing your tickets and allows us to pay special attention to paying customers.
