Does your server keep crashing? Don't know why? It is almost certainly not your hosting provider but something in the OS or your processes instead. We'll investigate and solve common problems so they don't happen again.
Setup Automatic server bans
Want to ban someone from the server forever? Don't know how to do it on the OS level? What about automatically banning people that try to hack your server? We can do that as well.
Custom start-up scripts for common gaming programs.
Run a TeamSpeak 3 server or game such as Minecraft? If so we can create custom scripts that will keep those servers running all the time. Every fully managed server we are taking care of gets our standard 24/7 monitoring services. You get instant Email or SMS text messages when:
- Your VPS/Server is down
- Programs such as TeamSpeak 3, Minecraft and others stop working
- SSH goes unresponsive
- And anything else that can be seen from the outside world.
Extra Disk Space!
All customers that have our fully managed support and also have a server with us get their disk space upgraded free of charge. This means in some cases you'd actually save money by having us manage your server for you. For example; if you have 1GB of disk space you'll get the next option up which is 2GB of disk space.
Automatic Intervention!
Sick of opening tickets or talking to support if something happens to your server? We'll get the same monitoring notifications that you will get and will go in and fix things without you needing to report it to us.
Ongoing Security patches and administration
We'll log in periodically and make sure your server has the most up-to-date security enhancements and features that are possible. We'll make sure anything that becomes insecure is made secure. All of this will be done by one of our administrators each month.
