To DELETE and replace everything with something else you just need to make a new folder or delete the contents of a folder.
If you go into the file manager and delete everything in the Public_html folder and then use the website builder or script installer you'll be able to start fresh with a new design.
Remember, when you delete stuff, it is gone.
