We have now opened our support server to the public. This is a place where customers can join and ask any questions they have about our services if they wish to skip the ticket process. Please keep in mind that there are currently not any employees being paid to spend time in the support server. We do however have support staff on hand to answer tickets 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
