PayPal subscriptions will send us payments whether there are credits in your account or not. We cannot control PayPal or the rate and which it sends us money only you can. This is the downfall of using a 3rd party processor. If you log into your account and visit https://tserverhq.com/clients/clientarea.php?action=invoices you will be able to see exactly what we have been invoicing you. Anything extra is what YOU have told PayPal to send us.
We have no control over PayPal unlike our built in credit card feature. In our built in credit card feature on our site we control the payments and there are never things like this that happen. Keeping in mind that we do not control PayPal; any payments that are sent to us from PayPal are captured and applied to your account, but keep in mind that it is not us that is charging you or taking the money it is the recurring subscription that you setup in PayPal when first purchasing.
Any and all money that has been sent to us through your PayPal account should have been placed on your TserverHQ account in the form of credits. We do not manually do this but our billing API does do this for us. This way you still have access to all of that money.
Our suggestion for you is to cancel your extra subscription that you have with us in PayPal. When your next invoice comes our automated billing system will simply pay your invoice automatically with the credits on file. If you would like, you can use the credit card feature on our site from now on by adding a card here: https://tserverhq.com/clients/clientarea.php?action=creditcard it will only be charged when there are no credits on your account, and we both won't have to deal with PayPal's silly restrictions.
